Kforce has a client seeking a Product Designer 4 in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities:
- Design experiences through the lens of language, leveraging expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy
- Design, write, edit, and test clear, compelling in-product language that adhere to style guides and best practices
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary design team in CoreAI Platform and Tools to develop seamless end-to end user experiences in Azure AI Foundry
- Work directly with design, engineering, PM, and developers to create and refine product features
- Utilize research and data to extract user insights that inform design decisions
- Follow design system patterns, brand voice principles, and style guides to ensure accessibility and usability
- Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
- Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
- 8-10 years of experience product design experience with an emphasis on content
- 5 years of UX experience
- 3 years of experience with Figma
- 1-2 years of experience with generative AI technology- back end or front end
- Proficient in Figma and Microsoft products
- Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end
- Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile software development lifecycle
