The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing product lifecycles, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires the ability to navigate complex situations, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and drive product initiatives from conception to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

This role requires the ability to navigate complex situations, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and drive product initiatives from conception to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Development, and eCommerce to define and execute the product roadmap
- Manage and plan the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities
- Utilize strong dependency planning skills to manage interdependencies across multiple projects and teams
- Develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize profitability while meeting customer expectations and market demands
- Act as the "North Star" for the product, guiding the team towards achieving strategic goals and objectives
- Present product plans, status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Document the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- Thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity by defining goals, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Solve complex problems creatively and effectively, leveraging analytical and strategic thinking
- Communicate vision, timelines, and program status to leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience (4 years) as a Product Manager with a focus on pricing and merchandising
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision-making processes
- Strong background in managing and planning product roadmaps, including dependency management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in goal setting and execution
