Summary: We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our global digital platforms. This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate across technology teams, brand managers, eCommerce, and technical stakeholders to ensure our digital experiences align with business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Duties:

Duties:
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with technology teams, brand managers, eCommerce teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure our websites deliver the content and functionality needed to achieve brand strategy and business objectives
- Customer Experience Focus: Define and enhance the end-to-end digital customer journey, ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints; Utilize data-driven insights to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- User Experience & Performance: Optimize and enhance site design, usability, functionality, navigation, and overall performance to drive conversion and business success
- Agile Product Management: Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between digital strategy and organizational goals
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, user feedback, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvements in digital experiences
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or related role in eCommerce or digital experience
- Experience in website relaunches, CMS platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, UX/UI best practices, and web performance optimization
- Analytical mindset with expertise in customer data, A/B testing, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage global digital projects and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams
