Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager, Investor Relations to join their team in San Diego, CA. Summary: The client is looking for someone to manage a significant event (Investor Day at the end of September), coordinate various work streams, and handle different aspects of the day. The Program Manager will be responsible for management of both external advisor teams and internal teams. They will be handling various aspects of the event, including action tracking, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Requirements
- Strong project management experience; Experience managing a big corporate event; Should be able to hit the ground running
- Previous similar events were managed by a team member who is no longer with the organization; Need someone with relevant experience as no current team member has the required skills
- Preferred if they have prior experience working in a finance or heavily regulated organization
