Summary: This individual will assist on a range of business issues, including the budgeting, contracting and payments process, resolving contractual disputes related to milestone deliverables and/or payments, assisting with billing against contractual milestones, creating supplier setups, and aiding financial rhythms such as annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning. Responsibilities:

Summary: This individual will assist on a range of business issues, including the budgeting, contracting and payments process, resolving contractual disputes related to milestone deliverables and/or payments, assisting with billing against contractual milestones, creating supplier setups, and aiding financial rhythms such as annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning. Responsibilities:
- Program Manager will drive the budgeting process for in collaboration with the business leaders and other collaborators in our discipline
- Manage overall contracting process including timelines of deliveries, SLA, and backlog; Including contracts approvals, signature routing, contracts execution and filing
- Create, manage, and maintain accurate records of Purchase Orders, following the corporate process aligned with company processes and business needs
- Assess and communicate risk of contracts with the Business Management team and relevant stakeholders from a business standpoint including not only risk based on contractual terms, but the risk based on the Supplier's ability to deliver against contractual milestones
- Manage the Hardware, Software and Middleware procurement process with our external partner based on allowable budget for the role as per the Studios budget; This person will ensure that the CAPEX process aligns to policies and will evangelize process throughout the Studio with stakeholders
- Manage the requirements for compliance of contractual terms and requirements
- As a Program Manager, you will look for opportunities for cost savings across the Studios' footprint, ensure visibility and path towards execution of overall savings
- Provide reporting as requested for OpEx, COGS, Dev advances and Royalties spend at Studio and Product levels
- An ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and financial reporting, experienced with budgeting and forecasting process, has an interest in enabling a video game studio to operate effectively to deliver player satisfaction by making our financial operations an effective and fit-for-purpose part of our ecosystem
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external business partners (legal, finance, business administration) in order to close down issues as they arise
