- Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budgetary requirements
- Communication: Tailor communication strategies to engage effectively with different audiences, from executives to project teams; Prepare and present program status updates in executive leadership meetings
- Planning Tools: Create and maintain Gantt charts, roadmaps, and other project documentation
- Utilize JIRA for tracking progress, creating metrics, and developing dashboards to provide visibility into program performance
- Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate organizational politics with finesse, understanding leadership expectations and supporting initiatives without getting sidetracked by conflicts
- Agile Methodology: Implement and promote Agile practices within program teams to enhance collaboration and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, successfully leading large-scale programs
- Strong skills in creating Gantt charts, roadmaps, and presentation materials
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adjust messaging for different audiences (executives vs. project teams)
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in JIRA, with the ability to create metrics and dashboards
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications
- Previous experience with program charters and governance
- Technical background to facilitate buy-in from development teams
