Project Manager - Cyber Security and IAM (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in McKinney, TX that is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. Summary: As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will oversee project teams, ensure client satisfaction, and manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel throughout all phases
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure alignment and integration of projects across the organization
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues
  
  

Resource Management

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Allocate and track project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity
  
  

Risk Management

• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues
• Develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles and ensure project continuity
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber Security and IAM projects, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other Project Managers across the organization
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
