Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager II in Redmond, WA. Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our efforts in maximizing success with Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program applications. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire application process, from initial planning and strategy development to final submission and follow-up. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough needs assessments, collaborating with stakeholders to identify eligible projects, ensuring compliance with all BEAD program guidelines, and managing timelines and resources effectively. The successful candidate will also be adept at data analysis, budget planning, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with government officials, community partners, and internal teams.

Requirements
- 4 years of experience in program management for a large firm
