React Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce's client in Sunrise, FL is seeking a detail oriented React Engineer with a passion for accessibility and design to join their team specializing in building accessible, reusable components. Responsibilities:

• Work with React, CSS, and HTML to develop and maintain scalable design system packages, ensuring consistency across digital products
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers, you will establish and refine design patterns, provide documentation, and support engineers using our system
• React Engineer will develop and test accessible components within WCAG guidelines
• Implement design tokens for scalable design systems
• Ensure high-quality typography, color, and layout consistency
• As a React Engineer, you will support engineers with documentation, prototypes, and troubleshooting
• Act as a mentor and peer leader within the engineering team
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with React/JavaScript (required)
• 2 years of experience with design systems/component libraries (preferred)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
