Kforce has a client that is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Analyst in Juno Beach, FL. Overview: Employees in this role support the Regulatory Affairs team and are involved in the Company's projects and assets, including regulation and permitting activities in support of those assets. This position collaborates with different business units and involves familiarity with a variety of political, public affairs, regulatory and legislative concepts, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities:
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and reports on changes in regulations, legislation, or permitting requirements and their expected impacts
- Assists management in the monitoring of local, state and/or federal regulatory and legislative development to identify issues affecting company's operations and plans
- Assists in coordinating the representation of organization's interests before state and local regulatory and legislative bodies and/or Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs) and Independent System Operators (ISOs) as applicable
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience
