Kforce has a client in search of a talented Release Train Engineer in Plano, TX. Summary: The Release Train Engineer (RTE) acts as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). They make ART events and practices run smoothly and help the Agile Teams succeed. The RTE communicates with stakeholders, facilitates problem-solving, and helps to manage risks. Job Duties:

- Effective Change agent
- Identify areas of improvement in the client's Agile execution and implement process change improvements
- Previous RTE experience
- Experience with Jira and Rally - including knowledge to build reports and graphs to measure metrics and progress throughout the ART (Agile Release Train)
- Agile expertise (ideally SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework), Kanban, Scrum
- Strong technical analyst skills - this person doesn't have to be a technical SME but ideally will have enough technical savvy to ask good questions improving our business requirement processes
- Strong presentation skills - both orally and visually
- The candidate would need have a strong personality able to deliver messages to large audiences
- Presentation skills to deliver professional messages via PowerPoint, white papers, email, etc.
