Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Reporting Analyst. Responsibilities:
- The Reporting Analyst will create and manage data dashboards for internal clients, each with unique reporting needs
- Gather and consolidate file transfer data from standalone databases connected to Sentinel for dashboard creation
- Use SQL for querying, data consolidation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Work closely with internal teams to understand their data requirements and deliver insights through customized dashboards
- As a Reporting Analyst, you will ensure all reporting and data handling adheres to HIPAA and other relevant data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and optimize data flow
- SQL: Expertise in writing and optimizing queries, data manipulation, and performing ETL tasks
- Sentinel: Experience with Axway Sentinel reporting tool, or familiarity with similar tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Fundamental Table Structure Knowledge: Understanding of database schema, table relationships, and how to structure data for reporting
- MFT (Managed File Transfer): Familiarity with MFT concepts is a plus but not required
- Experience working with large datasets in a regulated industry is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for working with diverse teams remotely
