Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Revenue Manager to join their company. Summary: This fast grow client provides management consulting and technology services.   • Revenue Manager will handle strategic pricing and inventory management
  • Prepare regular forecast of revenue and analysis
  • Generate detailed reports on revenue performance
  • Lead financial teams, Revenue and AR on quarterly, annual, month-end close and year-end
  • As a Revenue Manager, you will lead contact with external auditors
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies and improve overall revenue
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to understand preferences and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related
  • 7 years of experience in revenue management, focusing on experience with US GAAP and ASC 606, public experience is required
  • Problem-solving skills, think critically and develop solutions
  • Strong verbal and written skills to effectively explain strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Technical proficiency - familiarity with revenue management software, data analysis tools, Excel, SQL, Workday applications
  • Analytical thinking - ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decision regarding pricing and inventory management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
