SailPoint ISC Engineer - IAM Lead

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in McKinney, TX that is seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a strong focus on improving our Cybersecurity. We are looking for someone who can lead others as well as be the responsible SailPoint ISC Engineer. This is a great opportunity to join a Cybersecurity team in its early phases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in IAM engineering, with expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and SailPoint or similar IGA tools
• Must have SailPoint ISC experience
• Must have some Lead experience - to lead, guide and mentor
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management (PAM)
• Proficiency in IAM tools like Active Directory, SSO, PIM, MFA, RBAC, and system integrations using APIs
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Entra ID, and integration with enterprise applications
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline IAM processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, delegate responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency with Office 365/M365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with a commitment to continuous learning
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate the team, resolve conflicts
• Experience in managing team members, ensuring high team performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within IAM processes and tools to enhance security, efficiency, and scalability
• Excellent time management skills, and the ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
