Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Architect in Fort Worth, TX. Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect to work directly with business stakeholders and technology teams to re-architect and optimize our initial Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and be capable of evaluating out-of-the-box functionality vs. customizations to streamline our CRM ecosystem and align it with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with business and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Evaluate current implementation and recommend architectural improvements, particularly around out-of-the-box features and existing customizations
• Design and implement best-practice solutions within Financial Services Cloud, with additional experience in Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud considered a strong plus
• Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and security across Salesforce platforms
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and integration teams to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with deep knowledge of FSC, especially in the context of financial services organizations
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Financial Services Cloud Specialist)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
