Salesforce BA

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce BA in Herndon, VA. Responsibilities:

• Salesforce BA will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce platform advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate detailed requirements on Salesforce project initiatives
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• As a Salesforce BA, you will ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Manage system testing and deployment activities to ensure high performance and functionality
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on the status of Salesforce projects
• Work closely with the Salesforce team to design and implement enhancements and make recommendations on Salesforce solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus
• Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello is a plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
