Responsibilities:

• Govern platform activities, ensuring safe use of commerce cloud resources
• Architect digital consumer experiences using SFCC & React
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs
• Mentor and guide the team, improving platform knowledge and development skills
• Perform gap analysis and design customizations to meet business requirements
• Validate cost estimates and de-risk technical solutions with proofs-of-concept
• Design fault-tolerant solutions with appropriate fail-over mechanisms
• Prepare time and cost estimates, mitigate project risks, and plan project life cycles
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to commerce implementation
  
  

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with Fullstack Technologies (React preferred)
• 3 years of experience with PWA Kit and/or Headless environments
• Expert in SFCC and leading efforts
• Previous experience as a consultant or developer in SFCC
• Strong knowledge of designing architecture diagrams and data flows
• Solid experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful Service Architecture (AWS/EKS/Java/Spring preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
• Thrives in an ambiguous environment and makes tradeoffs to deliver customer impact
• Exhibits a bias for action, constantly improving outcomes and customer experience
• Establishes strong working relationships across all levels and functions
• Is results-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building innovative customer experiences
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
