SAP FICO Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a SAP FICO Analyst for a hybrid role. Summary: We are currently seeking an analytical and communicative SAP FI/CO Analyst to join our growing IT team. Reporting to and working in partnership with the FTM Manager, this role will strategically manage the SAP FI/CO function to maximize efficiencies and promote continuous improvement while supporting company objectives. As an SAP FI/CO Analyst, you will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of the FICO Processes in SAP. You will provide solutions to streamline operations and support business goals including configuration, end user support / training, troubleshooting issues, testing and documentation. Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components that support the SAP FICO Processes
• Design systems specifications, develop, test, and implement cost effective solutions within SAP FICO module
• Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system
• Troubleshoot and debug SAP ABAP programs in support of current projects as well in general support issues
• Configure and test solutions, including appropriate documentation
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Creation of functional specifications for application development objects and guide the development of those programs within the development team
• Provide back up support to other areas of FI/CO such as GL, CO, FA
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related areas preferred
• 5 years of experience in hands-on configuration of SAP FICO in ECC 6.0
• Experience with at least one full SAP implementation of the FI/CO module serving as functional lead, architect, or analyst
• Deep understanding of SAP FICO and integration points
• Deep understanding of Fixed Assets integrated either with PS or PM
• Understanding of CO concepts, such as Overhead and Settlement
• Understanding of integration points between SAP FI/CO and other areas modules (MM/PM/SD)
• Familiarity with ABAP coding (not looking for a developer)
• Able to serve as the SME and support the business needs, both high priority and small enhancements
• Detail-oriented, self-directed with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Able to work in a project environment; work with peers cross-functionally and off-shore
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
