- Responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM, from business requirements gathering through conducting business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes: asses current state, identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solution
- Transform detailed requirements into complete detailed systems design documents and implement in SAP
- Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business unit; Create EAM solutions that map to an actionable business-IT roadmap (a long-range plan for the business that identifies specific IT investments in applications and infrastructure to support business objectives)
- Support BU leadership in identifying opportunities for emerging technologies, through collaboration with EAM architect, to enable business strategies
- Provide an advisory role with the clients on the impact of new technologies on their existing technical and information system environments
- Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process
- Maintain strong understanding of technology needs and solutions for the business units
- Liaison between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture
- Manage engagement risk and economics including planning and budgeting; Manage accounts receivable; Define deliverable content; Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from business owners
- 5 years of experience of designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions/systems
- Experience in a minimum of 2 full cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations
- Experience with converting new acquisitions/mergers into current platforms
- Experience with current technology implementation patterns
- Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas--both verbally and in written form to technical and non-technical peers
- Experience and knowledge of integration of SAP enterprise modules (e.g., CRM, MM, FI) and 3rd party applications
