Scrum Master - Salesforce CRM

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master - Salesforce CRM in Walnut Creek, CA. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud to facilitate agile processes and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Support and guide the team in adopting agile practices, focusing on continuous improvement
• Remove blockers and foster a collaborative team environment to ensure smooth project execution
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog
• Ensure that the team delivers high-quality work within established timelines, while aligning with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud integration requirements
  
  

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate and coach teams in agile methodologies and practices
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners
• Must be able to commute to the Walnut Creek office Tuesday and Wednesday to work onsite
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
