Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Senior Analyst Business Integration Product who will support the team's strategy by understanding its broad-ranging integration initiatives, and to effectively assess business improvement opportunities and present insightful analytics that influence activities across the private destination portfolio. Summary: The Senior Analyst Business Integration Product will be able to leverage their experience and analytical expertise to frame complex issues in terms of trade-offs, risks, and benefits, as well as indicate gaps, performance, and insights to assist in building recommendations and justifications for various portfolio ambitions. Along with integration responsibilities, this role will also encompass ad hoc analyses and reporting of strategic initiatives, and business case modeling. Responsibilities:

Along with integration responsibilities, this role will also encompass ad hoc analyses and reporting of strategic initiatives, and business case modeling. Responsibilities:
- Build financial models for value creation, change management, and portfolio expansion
- Work cross-functionally with private destinations, hotel operations, revenue management, onboard revenue, deployment strategy, product development, and brand/corporate finance to develop, and consistently update, reasonable assumptions based on performance benchmarks
- Collaborate with Finance to develop and submit capital requests to secure funding for product development projects
- Provide ad-hoc analyses (e.g., new venue profitability, new concept profitability, scope decision scenarios, etc.) to guide decision-making on design of future products
- Collaborate with Product Development and Hotel Operations to develop P&L statements for new concepts and benchmark to existing spaces
- Perform other duties as required
- Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Including intricate knowledge not only of advanced formulas (such as index-match), but also excel problem solving abilities to extract analysis and insights out of data dumps - required
- Financial Modeling: Evaluating data, determining optimal way to spend to accomplish company goals
- Analytical: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and opportunities of alternative solutions and conclusions
- Demonstrate professional communication, collaboration, curiosity, persistency, empathy and responsibility
- Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop options and implement solutions
- Presentation: Using computer skills and communication style to create, manipulate, edit, and communicate slide presentations. Understanding end-state and the best way to present a story in a logical and analytical fashion to achieve desired results
- Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are communicating and taking time to understand points being made
- Negotiating and Persuasion: Bringing others together to try to reconcile differences and persuading others to your point of view
- Strong understanding of marketing principles to lead management on strategic initiatives and guide analysis
