Kforce's client in San Antonio, TX has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Automation Engineer. This is a contract to hire role at a leading financial institution. Candidates must reside in Texas. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work. Summary: This role is for a true SDET with strong Java skills. The SDET will be primarily working in the Consumer Portfolio and will help with new back-end automation strategy and implementation.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience
- Must pass Java technical assessment/coding challenge first round interview
- Strong mobile, web and API automation in banking domain
- Experience using automated testing tools like Web, Mobile, API
- Experience with Appium, Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, JMeter, SoapUI, Selenium, BDD, Karate/Postman
- Experience in DevOps including Jenkins, Maven, etc.
- Knowledge of Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Security and Accessibility Testing)
- Familiarity with Commercial Banking domain
- Experience in working in Agile, Scrum programs
