Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Draper, UT. Health Equity Data IEP Business Analyst Summary: A Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering business information and molding it into actionable decisions. This role interprets information to be translated into detailed business requirements or leveraged for process improvements. This role works closely with the business to help them understand and articulate their goals, objectives, and solutions. Business Analysts are responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and verifying requirements and ensuring that they are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensive, traceable, feasible and verifiable.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in healthcare, finance, or e-commerce
- Proven experience in translating complex business problems into actionable, technical requirements
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefits (e.g., payors, health accounts) and driving healthcare engagement, incentives, or outcomes
- Experience with data analysis, with a focus on deriving insights from data and applying them to business strategy
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and suggest innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with user story creation, process and data flow modeling, and Agile processes, with knowledge of Scrum and SAFe methodologies
- Strong customer orientation, with a passion for improving user experiences and driving product adoption
- Ability to adapt to changing business demands and product requirements while maintaining a focus on delivering high-value outcomes
- Proficiency with product management and SDLC tools (e.g., Aha!, Confluence, Azure DevOps), as well as common business software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working experience with health benefits, health plans, care providers, healthcare engagement, or incentives and rewards programs
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, APIs, or third-party integrations in a product development environment
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously
