Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Senior Designer (UX) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the user experience of our products, making them easier to use and more enjoyable. This role involves working closely with developers, analysts, and other designers to identify market preferences and implement necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and create wireframes using Figma for bank products
• Develop and test prototypes with actual end-users to ensure usability
• Introduce modifications based on testing feedback and conduct further testing until the product is optimized
• Collaborate with team members while also managing individual responsibilities and meeting deadlines
• Evaluate product success post-launch and gather customer feedback for future improvements

Requirements :

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
