- Budgeting and Forecasting - the Senior Financial Analyst will lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with department heads to develop realistic financial plans
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential investments
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand their financial needs
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends, regulations and best practices
- The Senior Financial Analyst will provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts
- Communicate financial concepts and results to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 4 years of financial analysis, planning, and business support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial software skills with SAP a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Manufacturing experience
