Senior Producer / Content SME

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Producer/Content SME in Dallas, TX. Mission: The Senior Producer/Content SME will serve as the content and production lead, ensuring the site redesign is grounded in real content needs, scalable workflows, and editorial best practices. Responsibilities:

• Senior Producer/Content SME will lead content inventory, audit, and gap analysis
• Document content types and templates needed for the future site
• Align content needs with personalization and audience segmentation strategies
• Provide best practices for multi-site content governance and authoring
  
  

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in digital content strategy or digital production
• Strong understanding of CMS structures and authoring workflows, ideally in Optimizely
• Experience working in a multi-site environment with content variation and regionalization
• Familiarity with editorial processes, SEO, and content governance frameworks
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
