Kforce has a client in El Segundo, CA that is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Streaming). Summary: Are you passionate about digital advertising and eager to lead innovative projects in a dynamic streaming media lab? We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our customers team and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions for a large content provider. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies such as Java, HTML5, FFMPEG, JavaScript, and more, to create proof-of-concepts that address complex issues in digital advertising. You will manage the certification of sophisticated ad delivery and insertion systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards like VAST, VMAP, SCTE-104, and SCTE-35 across various platforms. As a key player in our team, you will utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize advertising KPIs through monitoring dashboards like Grafana, Splunk, Newrelic, and Kibana. Your leadership will be crucial in conducting project kick-off meetings, daily sync-ups, retrospectives, and tracking projects to closure. You will review certification strategies, provide project estimates, manage resource allocation, and maintain project documentation through Microsoft Teams. Additionally, you will oversee issue and defect tracking, create release management tickets for system operation teams using Jira and Confluence, and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, including ad vendors and third-party partners like Spotx and Amazon. Your expertise in dynamic ad insertion for live and VOD streaming formats, as well as your experience with network capture tools across web, mobile, and OTT platforms, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality advertisements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Information Technology with
- 3-5 years of experience as part of the Digital streaming ecosystem
- 3 years of experience working with content providers and product teams to onboard Dynamic Ad Insertion for LIVE and VOD streaming formats inclusive of 3rd party vendors like Yospace and Freewheel to ensure quality dynamic advertisement is served
- 3 years of experience with analyzing SCTE-104/ SCTE-35 content streams and experience with network capture tools like Charles Proxy/Wireshark/Putty/Postman across Web, Mobile, OTT platforms
- 3 years of experience working with internal and external cross functional teams inclusive of ad vendors, third party vendors like Spotx, Amazon to integrate advanced Prebidding solutions on various OTT clients Roku & Fire TV
- Able to develop POC's for solutioning issues related to digital advertising using tools and technologies Java/HTML5/FFMPEG/JavaScript/Postman/Eclipse/GitBash
- Experience anaging certification of complex Ad delivery and Ad insertion systems, using technologies VAST, VMAP,SCTE-104, SCTE-35 and other ad related standards across supported clients and platforms
- Understand key advertising KPIs and take data driven decisions based on monitoring dashboards like Grafana/Splunk/Newrelic/Kibana
- Able to conduct project kick off meetings, daily sync up meetings, project retrospectives meetings and track projects to closure; reviewing certification strategy/test plans, providing project estimates, managing resource allocation, logging status reports and maintaining project document repositories through Microsoft Teams
- Experience with managing issue and defect tracking, creating release management tickets for system operation teams utilizing project management tools Jira & Confluence
