Senior SailPoint Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking Senior SailPoint Developer to join their dynamic team. The location for this role is Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, or Birmingham (Hybrid: 3 days onsite). Overview: This role focuses on enhancing, upgrading, and developing new features for our SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience with SailPoint (upgrading to version 8.4 during Q1, '25), and a deep understanding of identity governance. Key Responsibilities:

• Senior SailPoint Developer will develop and implement enhancements to the SailPoint IdentityIQ application
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot custom and out-of-the-box connectors, APIs, and integrations
• Write and optimize database queries to support application functionality
• As a Senior SailPoint Developer, you will utilize Unix and shell scripting for automation and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with a development team of 5 members to improve onboarding and system functionalities
• Provide technical expertise in the design and development of new SailPoint features

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6 years of overall development experience, including Core Java expertise
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Experience with writing and optimizing database queries
• Strong knowledge of out-of-the-box connectors, APIs, and custom connector development
• Proficiency in Unix and shell scripting
• Knowledge of IIQ features and best practices is highly desirable

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ advanced features
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient identity governance solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
