Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Salesforce UX Designer in Juno Beach, FL. Summary: The Senior Salesforce UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences on the Salesforce platform. This role involves conducting discovery, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions. Responsibilities:

This role involves conducting discovery, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions. Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis and User Discovery: Understand business requirements, user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze data to inform design decisions
- Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Salesforce applications. Ensure designs are user-friendly and meet business requirements
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
- Branding and Styling: Apply branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all Salesforce applications
- Documentation: Create detailed design documentation, including user flows, design specifications, and guidelines to support development and implementation
- Accessibility and Inclusion: Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning web components/concepts including flex cards, omniscripts, lightning flows, pagination, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of out of the box features and functions within specific Salesforce products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Solution oriented
- Salesforce UX Designer certification is preferred
