Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Software Developer (MuleSoft Focused) in Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, and the adoption of best practices and standards
- Mentor junior developers on technical skill development
- Embrace Agile methodologies and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from sprint planning and estimation to deployment and retrospective
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver value incrementally
- Analyze and debug complex technical issues across the entire software stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges
- Architect robust and scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces
- Collaborate with DevOps Engineers and Production Support to enable automated deployment of applications using a CI/CD pipeline, across multiple environments, including production environments and monitoring of their performance
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
