Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Java in Westlake, TX. Duties Include:
- Designing and programming highly functional and scalable software applications using Java, Sprint Boot
- Entire software development lifecycle, including development, unit testing, QA test automation, CI/CD, and containerization using tools including GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins Core, Kubernetes
- Deploying and supporting large-scale solutions that impact millions of customers and thousands of associates across a complex ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience designing and programming highly functional and scalable software applications using Java, Sprint Boot
- Proficient in designing, building, and documenting customer facing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with AWS services architecture and solution patterns
- Experience with entire software development lifecycle, including development, unit testing, QA test automation, CI/CD, and containerization using tools including GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins Core, Kubernetes
- Experience in deploying and supporting large-scale solutions that impact millions of customers and thousands of associates across a complex ecosystem
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer identity and access management preferred
