Senior Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

Our Kforce client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join their company. • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
• Analyze trends and forecasts to anticipate changes in supply and demand
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Oversee the procurement process, including researching and qualifying vendors
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Work to develop production schedules
• Coordinate logistics and transportation strategies
• Lead and mentor supply chain staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Communicate supply chain issues and solutions to management
• Identify potential risks
• Monitor compliance with regulations and standards
• Prepare and present reports on issues or performance
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Business or a Manufacturing related field; MBA is preferred
• 10 years of supply chain management and operational experience, with 5 years of experience managing a team
• Experience managing a team of managers or supervisors
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
• Must be able and willing to travel up to 25%
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CPM, CPSM, CPIM or APICS certification is a plus
• Six Sigma Training is a plus
• Experience with Epicor and Smart Forecast is a plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
