Senior UX Researcher will facilitate, direct and solicit feedback during design reviewsDevelop data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and synthesis using industry standard techniquesDesign and implement research studies, including developing methodologies and data collection instrumentsLead, plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic statesDevelop, prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and other research deliverablesAs a Senior UX Researcher, you will analyze research findings across products and provide actionable insights to stakeholders; Maintain and advocate for research repositoryStrategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processesLead and plan workshops using established workshop frameworksMentor researchers and provide guidance on research best practices; Actively contribute to team culture and research opsStay abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in the field of researchRequirements
Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and techniques (i.e. field research, heuristic reviews, benchmarking, etc.)Experience creating user personas and journey maps to support a user centered design methodologyStrong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to articulate strategic research objectives to stakeholders, IT partners and members of design teamRelated experience in another field such as human factors, interactive design, information architecture, and / or market research is a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
