Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Developer will work with a combination of tools including Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripting, and Integration Hub to deliver functionality within the ServiceNow Platform
- Research and analyze internal and external business processes to automate and optimize them
- Coordinate and work on ServiceNow service requests daily; Create and update tickets in ticketing software, conduct follow-up calls, and perform tests and troubleshooting
- Participate in Agile software development ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- As a ServiceNow Developer, you will perform QA testing for system upgrades and enhancements
- Creating and maintain integrations between systems and execute new reporting requests
- Actively participate in design, code review, and architecture discussions
- Lead best practice and process discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Equivalent, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience in a technical support or software development capacity
- 5 years of experience working with JavaScript and REST
- 3 years of experience developing and delivering solutions using the ServiceNow Platform
- 2 years of experience working with APIs and software integrations
- Experience working with business stakeholders to capture and define requirements
- Demonstrated expertise with at least two of the following ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, CSM or HR
- Ability to independently recognize and propose solutions to issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to comfortably present products, deliverables, analysis, and/or issues confidently
- Have confidence and be able to easily build relationships with leadership and colleagues outside of your team
