Kforce has a client in Grand Rapids, MI that is seeking a Software QA Tester. Responsibilities:
- Develops test plans and test cases
- The Software QA Tester develops automated tests
- Performs manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability
- Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
- Manages bugs and error tracking
- Documents and presents test results to management
- The Software QA Tester coordinates and prioritizes testing of application modifications and bug fixes
- Works with multiple development teams and software projects
- 2 to 5 years of manual and automated Software QA Testing experience
- Experience working closely with development teams
- Experience testing MS Azure cloud-based software
- Experience with Cosmos DB
- Experience with a test tracking software package is preferred
