Summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering and product management, with a focus on developing and integrating complex hardware solutions. This role requires a customer-facing personality and the ability to work closely with engineering, sales, and customers to deliver holistic solutions. Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a customer-facing personality and the ability to work closely with engineering, sales, and customers to deliver holistic solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Solutions Architect will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop and integrate full-solution systems, including third-party components such as cameras, radars, and drones
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that engineering solutions meet customer needs and market demands
- Work with sales teams to drive full solution sales and create healthy tension to pull engineering toward customer-centric solutions
- As a Solutions Architect, you will conceptualize and design solution architectures, considering market research, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies
- Build and lead a new Solutions Engineering team, including Solutions Architects, Proposal Writers, and Solutions Sales Engineers
- Travel domestically and internationally (10-25%) to meet with customers and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
- Strong background in hardware engineering and experience with hardware products (e.g., cameras, medical devices, aircraft)
- Proven experience working with hardware teams (embedded, electrical, mechanical, robotics engineers) and a deep technical understanding of engineering processes
- Demonstrated experience working with sales and customers to develop and deliver solutions
- Evidence of hardware experience (excluding infrastructure hardware like servers) and quantitative achievements in growing revenue or product lines
- Experience with Counter UAS (UAV) and radar systems is a plus
