A client of Kforce's local to Denver, Colorado is hiring for two Strategic Planners to join their Information Technology department. This is a 6 month contract and a remote opportunity. Strategic Planning and Scaling:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to scale the department experiment, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the experimental process
- Communicating with Stakeholders
- Develop compelling presentations and materials to effectively communicate the vision and benefits of the experiment to diverse audiences
- Deliver engaging presentations during roadshows, tailoring the message to different stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
- Address questions and concerns raised during roadshows, providing clear and concise explanations
- Facilitate discussions and gather feedback to inform future improvements
- Identify, analyze, and solve issues or challenges arising during the rollout process and beyond
- Propose and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for processes and procedures
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a technical field
- Advanced certifications such as an MBA or a strategic planning certification (e.g., Strategic Management Professional) would be beneficial
- 6 years of experience with consolidation planning and management, integration planning and strategy, and process flow analysis
- 5 years of presentation experience
- Strong experience with project management tools
- Experience in developing presentations and materials for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Change management expertise to drive the adoption of new processes or initiatives
- Experience in maintaining clear documentation and establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
