Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tableau Developer in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and support our client's data visualization needs. As a Tableau Developer, you will work closely with our client to design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights from their data. Key Responsibilities:

• Tableau Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively visualize data insights
• Utilize Tableau best practices to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Implement data-driven solutions that meet client requirements and enhance decision-making processes
• As a Tableau Developer, you will provide technical expertise and support in Tableau Server administration and maintenance
• Create documentation and provide training to end users on Tableau functionality and best practices
• Stay updated with Tableau advancements and recommend innovative solutions to improve data visualization capabilities
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing Tableau dashboards and reports
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
