Summary: The Technical Program Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing projects that affect new consumer-facing products and internal systems and tools. Projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of urgency and control. The Technical Program Product Manager will act as a bridge between many music and broader teams. They will drive on-time and quality completion of the projects and communicate with all stakeholders and partners. Managing programs:

- Creating/attending meetings talking to stakeholders and understand status of deliverables contributing towards the project
- Ensure they are unblocked, are doing what they are supposed to do, communicate well, escalate if necessary to unblock, or use the tools/abilities to ensure they are being delivered
- Meetings with stakeholders
- Talking to different team members on Slack/email, etc.
- Writing docs
- Sending communication emails
- Products can be highly complex
- Go to a space quickly, see how tech is working, gain command over technology so they can unblock by investing how to overcome challenges
- Gain trust with stakeholders with dependencies, so they can help them
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science (or related field) plus 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required
- 3-8 years of industry experience as a program technical product manager
- Deep understanding of systems and technical services
- Deep understanding of systems and technical services, and the ability to quickly learn and lean in to provide value to the engineering team
- Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
- A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
- Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
- Excellent written and oral communication
