The Technical Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting customers and driving the success of their cutting-edge solutions. In this hybrid position, this person collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless product installations, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot products for customer deployments
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to achieve company goals
- Manage and triage field service tickets, performing analysis to drive resolutions
- Scope product applications, evaluate performance, and assist with installations
- Develop tools and procedures to streamline issue resolution and technical processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a related sales engineering role
- Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, or related technologies
- Proficiency with networking, Windows, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
