Base pay range
37.88 / hr - $41.88 / hr
Responsibilities
- Technical Writer will create, manage, and maintain technical knowledge assets
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and create technical engineering knowledge assets
- Develop and maintain a library for knowledge assets in SharePoint Online
- Evaluate existing knowledge assets and develop innovative methods for improvement
- Develop knowledge asset templates improving the user ability to find and use specific content
- Transition and update existing knowledge assets to a new library in collaboration with a global team
- Collaborate in developing and implementing website and knowledge asset administration and governance policies and procedures
