Technology Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Midvale, UT that is seeking a local Technical Business Analyst to play a vital role in driving technical initiatives, optimizing DevOps processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple platforms and system environments. • Technical Business Analyst will lead the coordination of technical initiatives across various teams
• Document and track DevOps processes to improve workflow efficiency
• Manage and document the use of multiple platforms and system environments
• As a Technical Business Analyst, you will provide clear and concise written and verbal updates on team progress and initiatives to leadership
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with 6 years of experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered)
• Experience in facilitating team meetings and managing multiple priorities across diverse teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Technical literacy in system functionality and interface operations
• Ability to assess issues, determine impact, and escalate when necessary
• Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
