Technology Trainer (Windows 11 Deployment)

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technology Trainer (Windows 11 Deployment) in Providence, RI. Overview: We are seeking an experienced, engaging Technology Trainer to support our organization through an upcoming Windows 11 deployment. This is a part-time, remote-friendly opportunity for someone who excels in both technical training and creating a positive learning environment. Your role will be key in helping employees' transition smoothly to new tools and technologies-including Windows 11 and other key platforms. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training curriculum and materials for Windows 11 migration
• Conduct small group training sessions (3-5 employees) both live and recorded
• Support OneDrive, SharePoint, NetDocuments, and ENRENT training needs
• Create short, engaging training videos to support just-in-time learning
• Be available during core business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
• Provide hands-on guidance, answer employee questions, and deliver an excellent customer service experience
• Participate in new hire orientation sessions and contribute to long-term education planning
• Inspire enthusiasm for learning and position training as a valuable resource, not a chore
  
  

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in technical training or instructional design
• Strong familiarity with Windows 11, OneDrive, SharePoint, NetDocuments, and ENRENT (or similar tools)
• Demonstrated experience delivering both live and recorded training
• Ability to build curriculum and training assets from the ground up
• The ideal candidate will have strong training experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make complex information digestible and approachable for end users
• Comfortable speaking in front of small groups and adapting to a variety of learning styles
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Eagerness to foster a culture of learning and tech confidence
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
