Summary: The Territory Sales Manager supports the achievement of sales goals by maintaining and growing existing accounts, prospecting and closing new accounts and identifying and penetrating new markets. Develops and executes a Strategic Territory Sales Plan in a manner directed by the Company. This person meets revenue goals, achieves growth initiatives and targeted sales goals. Summary: The Territory Sales Manager supports the achievement of sales goals by maintaining and growing existing accounts, prospecting and closing new accounts and identifying and penetrating new markets. Develops and executes a Strategic Territory Sales Plan in a manner directed by the Company. This person meets revenue goals, achieves growth initiatives and targeted sales goals. They will perform related functions as needed. Responsibilities include:
- Educate customers as to the intrinsic benefits of products and emerging market programs; Demonstrate various products and features using sample or display product when meeting with customers
- Prospect for new customers through cold calling and building relationships via phone and in person, involving travel approximately 50% of work time
- Make presentations to existing and potential customers in order to facilitate sales; Coordinate and conduct customer training as necessary
- Plan, organize, and execute a Strategic Territory Sales Plan
- Participate in various trade shows
- Maintain accurate and timely Customer Relationship Management information in the manner set forth by the Company
- Report business transactions, customer acquisition or service problems, competitive developments, and market assessments on a monthly basis
- Participate in a variety of company functions and teambuilding programs
- Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001:2015 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives
- Operate Microsoft Office Suite, computer presentation software, and customer relationship management software
- Communicate effectively with external and internal customers
- Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Complete daily call schedule and planned customer visitations
- Bachelor's Marketing, Business Administration or a closely related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience
- Outside Sales experience in a multi-state territory, demonstrating consistent quota achievement
- Experience in results driven outcomes
- Experience with practices and techniques of outside sales, territory management and analysis, prospecting and funnel management
- Understand the implications of not conforming to QMS requirements
- Must be willing to travel
- Experience working in an ISO 9001:2015 environment a plus

Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
