Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Copywriter / Content Strategist in Irving, TX. Overview : A UX Writer creates and implements written content for digital products to enhance the user experience. We are building our experience design team with stellar design talent who will build the next version of our mobile apps. Our team of designers are self-driven and multi-faceted in their skill sets, and together with our product and engineering teams, will be responsible for defining the customer experience of our digital products. This person will be responsible for creating engaging and effective content and copy for our digital experiences. This includes developing user interface text, product descriptions, information, messages, and other content to ensure our products are as intuitive and friendly as possible.
- Research, write, and edit copy for web-based applications, mobile apps, websites, emails, banners, etc.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create an effective content strategy that is consistent with the overall product design.
- Experience working on digital products; This role sits within the product and UX organization, so a foundational knowledge of product design and UX practices is key.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay up to date on current trends in UX content writing and content strategy.
- Ensure all copy is accurate, error free, and follows brand guidelines.
- Monitor analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of copy.
- Content strategy, copywriting, brand and identity, voice and tone, information architecture, and research.
