Kforce has a client in need of a UX Designer in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities:
- Building the next generation of desktop functionality and workflow processing applications
- Play a key role in concepting and crafting cohesive and intuitive user experience
- Partnering with user researcher, subject matter experts, users and developers to craft outstanding user experiences for modern web applications
- Partner closely with business and technology teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
- Produce human-focused design approaches that focuses on user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities
- Work as an individual contributor as well as collaborate with a team of designers in agile sprint cycles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Sciences, Human-Centered Design, or other relevant degree with 5 years of UXD experience
- A digital portfolio showcasing your recent work
- Experience designing for financial, or enterprise applications required
- Expertise in delivering end-to-end user experience designs focusing on entire user journeys and interactions
- Expertise in common design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred) and/or Balsamiq
- Experience in using research to support evidence-focused design decisions
- Effective communication as a writer, presenter, and facilitator; equally at ease speaking with product owners, senior leaders, and executives
- A foundation of development knowledge, both web and mobile
