Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a UX Interaction Designer Scrum Master. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to design user experiences for digital applications, including web, mobile, and software products, focusing on workflows, interactions, and visual design
- Hands-on UX Design: Create workflows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
- Lead Ideation & Research: Conduct user research, design workshops, and usability testing
- Prototype & Iterate: Develop low- to high-fidelity prototypes, refining based on feedback
- Guide UX Best Practices: Assist stakeholders in UX methodologies, ensuring strong communication and implementation
- Work with Development Teams to refine scope and ensure proper execution
- Creative Problem-Solving: Bring innovative solutions to complex design challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or 7 years in UX/11 years in software development)
- Master's degree preferred
- 7 years of experience in UX Design, delivering user-centric solutions
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas preferred
- Figma expertise, plus experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Azure DevOps
- Agile/Scrum familiarity for UX teams
- Broad UX skills: Research, wireframing, journey mapping, and interactive prototypes
- Strong communication & problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused and results-driven
- UX Design & Prototyping - Strong experience in user workflows, wireframing, and visual design using Figma
- User Research & Testing - Conducting usability testing, persona development, journey mapping, and gathering user insights
- Agile/Scrum Experience - Ability to run UX processes within an Agile development environment
- Communication & Collaboration - Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and UX storytelling
- Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Azure DevOps for collaboration and project tracking
- Problem-Solving & Innovation - Ability to create user-centric solutions for complex digital experiences
- Time Management & Prioritization - Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Candidates with additional qualifications may be considered for higher-level roles

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
