Kforce has a client seeking a UX Researcher II to join their team in Raleigh, NC. Summary: Our UX Researchers are a vital part of the design process for our client. As a part of our global UX team, they ensure our products are user-focused from the beginning through collaboration with product managers, technology leaders and UX designers on research strategy, determining the best study methodologies, and working directly with customers to gather feedback and insights. We are currently seeking a mid-level Researcher to work with a senior researcher on our core products. Responsibilities include:

- UX Researcher will plan studies and conduct research
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions
- Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies
- Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights
- Makes recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products
- As a UX Researcher, you will work with designers to iterate and test solutions
- Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors
- Recruits participants for studies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys
- Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics
- Basic knowledge of statistics to communicate the significance of research outcomes
- Ability to lead small to medium projects independently
- Ability to analyze data from studies effectively
- Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance
- Degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, Human Geography or other relevant subject area
- Suggested years of experience: 2-4 years
- Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research
- Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework
- Understanding of the U.S. legal system
