- The UX Researcher will help guide product teams to build research-based solutions across print, web, and mobile curriculum experiences through collaboration with Product Management, UX Design, Product Design, Academic Design, Content and Digital Strategy, and Accessibility teams. Analysis and synthesize the research they gather
- Collaborate with their product partners
- Presenting research and presenting insights at the end of the cycle
- The UX Researcher will attend team meetings and perform desk research
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Computer Interaction, Data Science, Behavior Science, Market Research, or related discipline; Background in Psychology or HCI
- 2 years of work experience defining and executing User Experience Research activities as a member of a product/application development team
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 20%
- Strong listening skills and can take information to quickly synthesize
- Great communication skills written and verbal
- Adaptable and Flexible switching content
- Able to put together a research plan
- Experience working with Product Teams and in a business environment
- Lucid Chart (Figma, Mural) experience
- Office 365 experience
