Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX/UI Designer in Jupiter, FL. Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mid-Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both research and design (UX/UI) of digital products such as software or enterprise software. This role requires a proactive individual with the versatility to lead and collaborate in various aspects of the design process. Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a proactive individual with the versatility to lead and collaborate in various aspects of the design process. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors
- Design intuitive and user-centric digital interfaces for exceptional user experiences
- Collaborate closely with UX Lead and data science teams to create UI designs for AI engagements
- Lead design conversations and workshops, providing innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals
- Capture requirements while challenging the status quo to ensure the most viable and creative solutions are considered
- Maintain a strong alignment with Scaled Agile work methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery using JIRA
- Utilize Figma for design and prototyping to provide visual design assets
- Conduct discovery through stakeholder interviews (e.g., product owner, subject matter experts, end users) and review previous research and documentation for existing personas
- Define process maps, task/user flows, and other appropriate definition artifacts
- Conduct user feedback sessions with design concepts/mockups (low-fi wireframes)
- Conduct usability tests/user feedback sessions with hi-fi visual mock-ups/designs through digital prototypes
- Deliver finalized (pixel-perfect) responsive UI designs using Company Enterprise Design System (EDS) and Material guidelines
- 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and research of digital products, including software or enterprise software
- Proven experience in working with data science teams to design user interfaces for AI-centric products
- Experience with facilitating and engaging in end-user feedback session and design testing
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Scaled Agile work methodologies, JIRA
- Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong skills in documenting and communicating research findings
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to confidently lead design conversations and workshops
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster a user-centered design approach
- A self-starter with curiosity and a drive to innovate, not afraid to voice ideas and challenge existing assumptions
- Ability to deliver pixel-perfect responsive UI designs in compliance with ADA level AA and HFI best practices
